Work Environment\n

Our work setting is uniquely tailored to offer each therapist flexibility. While you will primarily conduct therapy sessions remotely, you will also have access to a fully equipped outpatient office for in-person client meetings as needed. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have ample time to focus on your clients while managing your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing both telehealth platforms and in-person settings to provide comprehensive care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, tracking their progress and adjusting methodologies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet HIPAA compliance and adhere to professional standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and collaborate on complex client cases.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients receive immediate assistance when facing emergencies.

• Stay updated with the latest state regulations and maintain active licensure to ensure compliance.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, workshops, or psychoeducational events as a means to promote mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples grappling with relational issues, families facing communication barriers, and individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, or trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
