Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments during initial client consultations to identify mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate seamless, integrated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.
