Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mood disorders to evaluate clients' symptoms including their intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for enhancing self-care and overall well-being.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect changes in their conditions or circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care approaches, ensuring holistic treatment.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
