Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a wide array of mental health issues.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and participation in the healing process.

• Monitor client progress proactively and adjust treatment plans when necessary, ensuring responsiveness to client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care approach, ensuring holistic support for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and trends regarding mood disorders and therapeutic innovations to refine and enhance treatment strategies.
