Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms and determine the best therapeutic approaches for each client.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in your work with clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to enhance their overall well-being.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as needed based on their evolving needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care.

• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in the field of mental health, utilizing this information to refine and enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily include individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, trauma, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
