Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing therapeutic treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Providing individual and couple-centered therapy to address issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, family conflicts, grief, and loss, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Facilitating family therapy sessions aimed at improving dynamics and resolving conflicts, including issues stemming from blended families, separation, and divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and treat various psychological concerns, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on adults and children/adolescents facing complex family dynamics and mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, addressing a wide array of issues such as parenting conflicts, adjustment issues related to separation and divorce, and facilitating communication among family members.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Experience in providing family or couples therapy, particularly in outpatient settings, is preferred.
