Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Soul Canvas Healing, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of families and couples, using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, addressing issues such as communication barriers and conflict resolution while also providing individual sessions to each partner.
\n
• Specialize in family dynamics, addressing the complexities of alcohol abuse, grief, sibling relationships, job stress, and more.
\n
• Utilize therapeutic methods that promote healing and resilience, guiding families through challenges such as separation and divorce or blended family integration.
\n
• Document and track client progress, ensuring comprehensive records are maintained in compliance with regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including couples, adults, and children/adolescents. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing familial stressors and individual mental health challenges, ensuring that each patient receives the unique care and support they deserve.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
