Our flexible scheduling enables you to determine your workload, with the option of providing 10-30 billable hours weekly without the pressure of constant phone calls.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations utilizing the latest DSM for accurate assessment and treatment planning.

• Providing various psychotherapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, skills training, and couples and family therapy aimed at individuals and groups.

• Customizing treatment plans and therapeutic approaches based on client needs, ensuring adherence to established clinical pathways.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate effective treatment strategies and coordinate care.

• Utilizing electronic health records and telehealth systems to document patient interactions and manage treatment schedules.
\n
• Actively participating in clinical team meetings for case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
\n
• Maintaining clinical records and preparing necessary documentation, including reports to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center around a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges and dual diagnosis disorders. Clients may present with a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to complex relational dynamics, requiring tailored, evidence-based interventions that address their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current LMFT license or Psy.D valid in the state of Florida.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based clinical practices and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
