This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a therapeutic space that suits you. Clinicians have the autonomy to manage their caseloads, with typical billable hours ranging between 10 to 30 per week, which can fit around personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy through various modalities including crisis intervention, short-term therapy, skills training, and family therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions consistent with the latest DSM guidelines, under the supervision of licensed psychologists and other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care, which may involve coordination of psychiatric admissions for complex cases.

• Document client interactions meticulously, preparing treatment reports, progress notes, and ensuring compliance with ethical, state, and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular clinical consultations and team meetings to discuss challenging cases, treatment strategies, and quality assurance practices.

• Maintain current knowledge of mental health best practices to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse clientele with a range of mental health and dual diagnosis disorders. We focus on delivering individualized care that caters to each client's unique needs. As an LMFT, you will work with a variety of individuals, including those facing family dynamics issues, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT or Psy.D license to practice in Washington state is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
