Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Integrated Social Therapy, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health challenges, families in distress, and couples seeking to improve their relationships. Your expertise will be critical in supporting clients dealing with a variety of issues from anxiety and depression to complex family dynamics and dual-diagnosis disorders. You will create a safe, therapeutic space utilizing telehealth services, allowing you to reach clients of various backgrounds across Plano, Texas, and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrable minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy services in an outpatient setting.

• Familiarity and proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
