This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility and a personalized approach to your work schedule. Whether you opt for full-time or part-time hours, you will have the opportunity to determine your caseload, which can range from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. The Counseling Center ensures that therapists can focus solely on client care by handling administrative tasks, thus enabling you to dedicate your time to providing the highest quality of therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Engage in telehealth sessions, using approved platforms while maintaining accurate electronic health records.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and family therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Assess client needs to determine levels of care and coordinate additional services, including potential psychiatric admissions when necessary.

• Maintain clinical proficiency by adhering to professional guidelines and best practices in the delivery of behavioral health services.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss complex cases and engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing mental health challenges, emotional distress, and dual disorders. Our clients seek support for various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• Licensed as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or similar credential (e.g., Psy.D) to provide therapy in the state of Arizona.

• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services, with particular expertise in telehealth settings preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
