Work Environment\n

This remote position offers a flexible work schedule tailored to your availability. Clinicians have the freedom to manage their caseloads, which can vary between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. All services are conducted through telehealth, promoting convenience and accessibility for both therapists and clients. Additionally, our team regularly meets for consultations, discussions, and group supervision, either virtually or in person.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic services aimed at addressing mental health and dual disorders to individuals, couples, families, and groups, within the framework of outpatient care.
\n
• Implement effective interventions such as crisis management, brief therapy, supportive therapy, skills training, and family and couples counseling.
\n
• Utilize the latest DSM criteria under the supervision of psychiatrists and psychologists to assess and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment planning, reviewing challenging cases as needed.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, prepare clinical reports, and communicate with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in clinical team meetings, quality management, and training activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with veterans and their families, addressing a variety of mental health issues and dual diagnoses. This population often presents unique challenges, and understanding the socio-cultural determinants that affect their mental health is essential. Clinicians will provide culturally competent care, responding to individual needs while also considering the broader community and familial dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT in the state of Florida or as a Psy.D.
\n
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in providing psychotherapy services.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records to deliver care efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with veterans or military families is highly desirable.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
