Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver assessed short-term psychotherapy tailored to meet the needs of clients in ambulatory mental health settings.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring clinical competency across various therapy forms including individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention and management strategies, focusing on immediate client needs and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that may involve counseling on stress management, relationship dynamics, and addiction recovery.

• Work collaboratively with licensed supervisors, including psychologists and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Document all client interactions through detailed written records and reports while complying with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Clinicians will work with diverse backgrounds and varying levels of severity, employing a trauma-informed care approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• Must be licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania or possess a Psy.D.

• A minimum of two years of direct psychotherapy experience, demonstrating an ability to deliver effective treatment in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LMFT position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 125,000 annually.
