This full-time position offers therapists the flexibility to create their schedules and manage their caseloads, with the opportunity to work 10-30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients seeking mental health support, employing the latest standards from the DSM.

• Deliver short-term psychotherapy through various modalities, including individual, family, and group sessions, focusing on diverse treatment needs.

• Demonstrate competence in using evidence-based therapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and family therapy.
\n
• Make sound clinical decisions about appropriate levels of care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatric professionals, to refine treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to discuss challenging cases and enhance quality assurance initiatives.

• Provide clinical consultations within an integrated healthcare framework, addressing issues related to sociocultural factors and family dynamics.

• Assist in care coordination as necessary, particularly during crises or urgent mental health needs.

• Educate clients about resources and support services available for mental health and dual diagnosis treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges, including those with dual diagnoses involving substance use disorders. You will work closely with veterans and their loved ones, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health and providing them with the tools needed to manage their conditions effectively. In doing so, you will not only promote individual recovery but also contribute to the overall mental health stability of the community.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of Arizona is required to practice.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience delivering psychotherapy in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems, facilitating seamless client interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience with crisis intervention methods and providing care for individuals with PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

• Familiarity with managing diverse caseloads and adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.

• Experience in an outpatient or intensive outpatient program setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
