Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and administer short-term psychotherapy across various settings, including individual, family, and group modalities, in alignment with the organization's outpatient services.

• Deliver psychotherapy for clients dealing with mental health or dual disorders, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques such as crisis intervention, supportive therapy, and addictions counseling.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists and healthcare providers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies to maintain high standards of clinical care, ensuring that interventions are backed by research and best practices.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, preparing reports and communication with relevant parties, such as educators and social service agencies, while honoring client confidentiality.

• Actively engage in quality assurance processes, attending clinical meetings and providing consultations to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in Pennsylvania is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work obtained from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years experience in providing psychotherapy services, preferably in an outpatient or related mental health environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
