Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy services to clients in need of ambulatory mental health care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual, family, and group therapy, adjusting modalities as necessary for effective treatment interventions.

• Participate in case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic intervention as part of an integrated healthcare model in coordination with licensed psychologists or nurse practitioners.

• Employ telehealth technologies to schedule sessions, maintain client records via electronic health records, and document therapeutic progress.

• Engage in crisis intervention techniques and coordinate care for clients experiencing dual diagnosis or significant mental health challenges.

• Regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to enhance treatment outcomes through shared insights and consultation.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring that all services adhere to approved clinical guidelines and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, families navigating relational difficulties, and groups seeking supportive interventions. Our therapists will primarily focus on veterans and their families, addressing specific issues related to military service and cultural factors affecting mental health. We aim to create thoughtful and inclusive treatment plans that recognize and respect each client’s unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of Washington.

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a commitment to best practices in behavioral health.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and familiar with electronic health records.

• Demonstrated ability to engage clients through virtual platforms effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $75,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
