Our outpatient office provides an all-in-one platform where you will manage client interactions, schedule appointments, and conduct sessions without the distractions typically associated with in-person settings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via a secure video chat platform, focusing on improving mental health outcomes.

• Facilitate discussions with clients to explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences that contribute to their mental health challenges.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in defining personal and therapeutic goals.

• Perform evaluations of clients’ mental health statuses and collaborate to develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are carefully screened, stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A current, state-issued LMFT license; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms to manage client relations effectively.
