This role offers a full-time or part-time remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to design your schedule according to your lifestyle and professional commitments. Therapists will be able to handle a caseload of 10 to 30 billable hours per week, ensuring a manageable workload that prioritizes client care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM criteria, under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists, to inform treatment planning and intervention.

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling services to clients and families dealing with mental health issues, ensuring that each session is tailored to client's unique needs.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities for a variety of conditions, including short-term therapy, crisis intervention, and skills training, while maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective treatment plans and adjust care protocols based on real-time assessments of clients' needs.

• Deliver psychoeducation and resources to clients regarding mental health and dual-diagnosis disorders to foster understanding and engagement in their treatment process.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of clinical interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment plans while adhering to relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to discuss case management strategies, review challenging cases, and refine clinical practices to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D) is required for practice in New York.

• A master’s or doctorate-level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• At least two years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
