Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve a variety of critical tasks aimed at providing comprehensive mental health services. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations and formulating treatment plans informed by the latest DSM principles under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists.

• Providing individualized psychotherapy and counseling for clients facing mental health challenges or dual disorders, utilizing techniques such as crisis intervention, skills training, and supportive therapy.
\n
• Employing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities for individual, couples, and group therapy, ensuring high standards and tailored interventions for clients.
\n
• Participating in and leading group consultation meetings to review complex cases and develop collaborative treatment strategies, ensuring well-rounded, integrative care.

• Acting as a consultant for team members, providing expertise and guidance on complex cases related to family interactions and sociocultural factors affecting our client base.

• Utilizing various telehealth platforms and electronic health records effectively to document sessions, manage appointments, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily provide services to individuals, couples, and families, including those facing mental health challenges, and dual diagnoses. Our clients range widely in age and background, ensuring a rich, varied experience for our clinicians and an opportunity to apply diverse therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold a current license as an LMFT or Psy.D in Washington State.
\n
• Possess at least a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating a depth of understanding and expertise in therapy practices.

• Experience navigating telehealth systems and electronic health records efficiently is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While the qualifications listed above are mandatory, candidates with additional background in crisis intervention, family therapy, or specialized training in evidence-based practices will be preferred. Experience in community health settings or integrated healthcare environments is also a significant plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Conscious Core Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive:
