Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, offering licensed clinicians the flexibility to manage their work from home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. By managing administrative tasks efficiently, we allow therapists to concentrate on what they do best—providing exceptional care for their clients. Clinicians will have the autonomy to determine their caseloads, which typically comprise between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide targeted psychotherapy interventions for ambulatory mental health services.

• Engage in evidence-based therapeutic practices, leveraging frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Offer crisis intervention and supportive therapy tailored to individual, couples, and family dynamics, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary collaborative consultations with physicians and other clinical team members to enhance treatment planning and interventions.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records effectively to document progress, maintain confidentiality, and streamline communication with team members.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and community workshops, addressing various mental health topics and skill-building exercises.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments in therapy based on clinical assessments and client feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served encompass a diverse population, including individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges and dual diagnoses. Therapists will work with clients navigating various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. The role requires sensitivity to sociocultural factors that may impact the client's mental health and engagement in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or Psy.D credential to practice within the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably with a focus on family and relationship therapy.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
