Therapists have the autonomy to determine their caseloads, handling between 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide tailored psychotherapy services utilizing various modalities, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group sessions.

• Deliver clinical services under the guidance of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines.

• Engage clients through therapeutic interventions such as crisis resolution, skills training, and supportive therapy, adapting approaches as needed based on individual client needs.

• Utilize the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) for assessing mental health concerns, determining appropriate treatment plans, and recommending the necessary level of care.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including therapy notes, reports, and correspondence with relevant agencies, schools, and support systems.

Qualifications\n
