This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility for clinicians to design their own schedules. Our therapists have the liberty to select their caseloads, managing a preferred range of 10 to 30 billable hours per week. All client interactions are conducted via telehealth, although opportunities for group sessions may be available in-person. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic examinations to assess client mental health and create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatments, including but not limited to case management, evaluation, and psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques to address a wide range of mental health concerns, ensuring adherence to the latest DSM criteria.

• Engage in crisis intervention and develop therapeutic activities that support clients in navigating challenging situations.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance treatment quality and address complex cases.

• Manage therapy-related paperwork, record maintenance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings for quality improvement and departmental planning.

• Maintain a high standard of clinical skill, applying best practices in mental health care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent (Psy.D) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually.
