Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients to create a safe space for therapy.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual’s circumstances and needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to foster client insight and growth.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and ensure ongoing support.

• Utilize documentation systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and updates on progress.

• Collaborate with other health professionals and refer clients to specialists when additional support is required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
