Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic evaluations, short-term counseling, and long-term therapy for individuals, families, and groups.

• Engage in case management, treatment planning, and evaluate mental health conditions using the latest DSM guidelines.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques across various therapeutic approaches, including crisis intervention, stress management, and family therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the urgency and degree of treatment required for clients in need, while facilitating care coordination and psychiatric admissions as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date therapy documentation and client records in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to enhance departmental planning and quality management initiatives.
