Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, address concerns, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, intake assessments, and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Carry out individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities that best suit the client population.

• Partake in individual supervision to enhance clinical competencies and reflect on therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
