Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic rapport and adhering to professional ethics in all interactions.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and stability, addressing goals and planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each client, while proactively monitoring development and outcomes.

• Document client interactions and progress notes promptly and accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

• Perform intake assessments to acquire comprehensive information about clients, which serves as a foundation for treatment planning.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster personal and professional growth and improve clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, counseling psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania without restrictions.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing individual psychotherapy services is highly desirable, particularly with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. We provide a fee-for-service compensation model that ensures guaranteed rates, paid ahead of collections, eliminating delays in reimbursement.
