This position operates in a predominantly remote setting, allowing counselors to balance their professional responsibilities with their personal lives effectively. We prioritize work-life balance and ensure that our clinicians engage in meaningful work without the demands of evening or weekend shifts, boasting a standard schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday .

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients with a variety of mental health concerns, establishing strong therapeutic alliances that uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of new clients, helping to identify appropriate treatment options.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring that all records comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Regularly meet with clients to review their progress, discussing concerns, and making adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision and participate in collaborative team meetings to enhance clinical effectiveness.
