Key Responsibilities Manage a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries to foster trust and effective therapeutic relationships. Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss challenges, and make recommendations regarding treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and potential discharge when appropriate. Expertly develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all client interactions in accordance with regulatory standards. Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' needs and appropriate services effectively. Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and improve client care. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and client support. Qualifications A master's degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution. An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in Texas. A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting. Preferred Experience Proven experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families across diverse cultural backgrounds. Familiarity with intake assessments and clinical documentation practices. Comfort with technology, including proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and relevant software applications (e.g., Outlook, Pimsy). Compensation and Benefits Transcendence Counseling Solutions offers a competitive compensation package, with annual salaries ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
