Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on their specific mental health needs. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices. Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address the unique needs of clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver holistic, integrated care for clients. Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems efficiently.
