Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing and nurturing rapport while strictly adhering to professional ethics and personal boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, exploring their stability, planning future appointments, and determining discharge readiness when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are focused on the client’s specific goals and needs.

• Maintain updated and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' histories and formulate effective therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Strong familiarity with technological tools, including spreadsheet software (Excel), Electronic Health Record systems (RMS), email platforms (Outlook), and practice management software (Pimsy).

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
