Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while delivering compassionate care.

• Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress, discuss case updates, and prepare for discharges as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to comply with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC in this role will primarily serve adults, children, and families facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Your LPC license must be unrestricted, current, and active, allowing for independent practice.

• Proficiency in computer use, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually as part of a fee-for-service model that appreciates and rewards your contributions upfront.
