Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique needs and develop individualized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, applying methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, participating in case reviews and treatment planning discussions.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

The Teen Therapy Counseling Center specializes in working with adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting that focuses on adolescent populations.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in building rapport with diverse clientele through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client load.
