Our operational hours range from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, ensuring availability to meet diverse client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops to enhance skills and stay updated on advancements in the mental health field.

Our client demographic includes individuals from various backgrounds seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, PTSD, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses. Benefits include:
