Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand their unique challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for groups, families, couples, and individuals, focusing on techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care, including consultation with medical providers and participation in case conferences.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and training to stay updated on the latest developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.

• The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload.
