Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapeutic plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidenced-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual sessions, group therapy, and family counseling.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and referrals as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records as mandated by legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
