Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions via telehealth, developing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapeutic approaches tailored to individual and group settings.

• Facilitate therapy for diverse client groups, offering services to individuals, couples, and families, while promoting emotional well-being and personal development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, attending team meetings and contributing insights on client progress and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to serve individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will play a crucial role in delivering care to those who may have historically faced barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload.
