Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and treatment goals.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions that focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship dynamics.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to support clients facing immediate mental health crises, ensuring a safe and responsive therapeutic environment.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available coping strategies, and community resources that can provide further support.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes, in accordance with all legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fortuna Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
