Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your duties will include:

• Continuously assessing and adapting to the evolving needs of each client under your care to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitating communication among all stakeholders, including supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and external providers, to enhance individual development and treatment plans.

• Documenting appointments, follow-ups, and home visits in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records that outline clients' progress.

• Engaging actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and contributing insights to enhance program effectiveness.

• Conducting thorough follow-up interviews and home observations to assess client needs continually.
\n
• Organizing and leading essential training sessions to ensure all team members are adequately informed about program strategies and documentation requirements.

• Assisting in refining training materials aimed at enhancing service delivery across diverse programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied population, including both adults and youth. Your expertise will guide clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship struggles, and substance misuse. By utilizing telehealth, you will provide care to clients from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations, thereby broadening the impact of our services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
