Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in family therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive environment for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to legal and ethical standards in all client interactions.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in helping these clients navigate their mental health challenges, offering them hope and guidance towards recovery and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards concerning mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Counselors will also receive numerous client referrals, and we assist with billing and documentation to streamline your work responsibilities, allowing you to focus on client care.
