Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations through telehealth consultations to understand each client’s unique situation.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies based on the individual needs of your clients, employing evidence-based practices to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with external healthcare professionals and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals to additional services as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to comply with our policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer feedback to continually enhance therapy delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients may present with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing counseling services, preferably in a mental health or clinical setting.
