Work Environment\n

This role is a 100% remote position, allowing you to provide your services virtually via telehealth. This innovative approach enables counselors to reach clients from the comfort of their own homes, expanding access to care for individuals who might otherwise face barriers. You will engage with clients predominantly through video sessions, maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance while utilizing secure electronic health record (EMR) systems for documentation and case management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring each person receives individualized care and support.

• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, healthcare team members, and family members, providing regular updates on clients’ progress and treatment plans.

• Organize and schedule in-home visits when necessary, while ensuring that treatment implementations are effective and align with program plans.

• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to address client progress and coordinate comprehensive care.

• Complete and document monthly and quarterly progress reports to track therapeutic outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring they are proficient in program frameworks and clinical documentation.

• Serve as a liaison to the broader mental health community, working to enhance service development and client resources.

• Assist in creating and refining training materials that align with best practices in mental health treatment.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Crafts, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults across various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Colorado is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is essential.
