As a remote position, this role affords you the flexibility to create a work environment that suits your needs while providing essential mental health services. Utilizing telehealth tools ensures that you can reach clients effectively, minimizing barriers to care. Our clinic operates seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., which allows for flexibility in your scheduling without any forced on-call duties. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address various mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual, group, couple, and family therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, ensuring that each client receives support tailored to their circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Proactively engage in professional development by attending workshops and staying updated on current research and best practices applied in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and additional benefits.
