Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic plans suited to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to remain current on advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Care and Connects, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients toward healthier, more fulfilling lives through targeted interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing client care in mental health.

• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a healthcare team effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) with company match.
