Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to work within an outpatient counseling setting that prioritizes collaboration and interdisciplinary cooperation. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of formats, including one-on-one sessions, couples therapy, family therapy, and group counseling.
\n
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adjusting techniques based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, integrating insights from psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors to enhance the breadth and effectiveness of client care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and local mental health regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and keeping abreast of the latest research in mental health to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations relevant to the practice of counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for developing rapport with clients and colleagues.
