Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care that addresses both the psychological and social aspects of client well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and ensure compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements regarding client privacy and care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted professional licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal regulations and ethical guidelines governing counseling practices.
