Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Compassionate Connections, you will work with diverse populations, including individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health care. Your clients may present a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. You'll be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Washington is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth platforms to facilitate patient care and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 - 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
