Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Integro Wellness & Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Leading interactive group therapy sessions where clients can build connections, share experiences, and collectively learn coping strategies.

• Individual Counseling: Providing one-on-one, personalized counseling that encourages clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors on a deeper level.

• Treatment Plan Development: Collaborating with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and aspirations, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilizing assessment tools to track clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30. We provide specialized outpatient treatment programs that cater to the unique mental health challenges faced by this demographic. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
