This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our LPCs to conduct therapy sessions from home while serving clients in a community health clinic model. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Diamond Path Counseling, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through various therapeutic approaches. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that offer a safe space for clients to connect, share their stories, and learn from one another, fostering a sense of community and support.

• Individual Therapy: Provide compassionate and tailored one-on-one counseling to help clients explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and create actionable plans for their mental health goals.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique needs and aspirations, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to best support their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults, a demographic experiencing unique mental health challenges during a pivotal stage of life. Through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will engage with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health issues. Your expertise will guide them as they work towards recovery, develop life skills, and build a foundation for their future.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this LPC position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
