Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients to identify their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to the unique context of each client.

• Engage in collaborative practices with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal compliance while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient documentation.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health by attending workshops, pursuing professional development opportunities, and integrating the latest research into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range widely in age and background, encompassing individuals facing issues related to trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years experience providing therapeutic services, ideally in a clinical or telehealth setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations that govern counseling practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
