Key Responsibilities\n

• Initiate and facilitate initial client assessments to understand their goals, preferences, and available options, leading to the development of customized rehabilitation strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation programs that address specific client needs.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, case files, and treatment progress, including personal, insurance, and communication records to ensure high-quality care.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet changing needs and enhance client outcomes.

• Engage proactively with clients during their participation in job training and related programs, addressing any challenges as they arise and ensuring smooth transitions.
